Mrs Temple’s Walsingham Cheese from Copys Farm, Wighton, Wells-next-the-sea

This artisan cheese is pressed and matured with a crumbly texture is handmade by the fabulous Catherine Temple at Copys Farm, Wighton.

The milk used for all Mrs Temple Cheese is from Brown Swiss and Holstein herd … where the girls while away their days mooching around the grass meadows of Copys Farm.

This cheese is just delicious and is described as a cross between Wensleydale and Cheddar.
