St Jude Cheese made at Fen Farm Dairy in Suffolk

St Jude cheese is made by Julie Cheyney at Fen Farm Dairy in Suffolk (this cheese is so good we had to feature it in our collection … Suffolk is just a stone throw away from Norfolk!).  After the cows have had a good nights sleep Julie milks them and starts making her cheese whilst the milk is still warm.

A small, soft cheese with a deliciously rich, buttery, savoury flavour.  Sold in 95g truckles.
