This full flavoured, creamy textured blue cheese is handmade by the fabulous Catherine Temple at Copys Farm, Wighton.

The milk used for all Mrs Temple Cheese is from Brown Swiss and Holstein herd … where the girls while away their days mooching around the grass meadows of Copys Farm.

An utterly delicious blue cheese which we cannot recommend enough.
